My Story

One of my beautiful mentors told me years ago that the easiest way to describe our intuitive abilities was “the knowing” of things. It was so simply stated, yet so profound. I have used that explanation for many years now when I am helping people understand how intuition works. We all have it, I just came into the world with mine turned way up.  

At a young age I had a strong and keen awareness I was different, yet to me it wasn’t really different because I did not know any other way to be. It was just who I was. I had an immense fascination with death, or to be more specific what happened to our souls & bodies as we transitioned. I was often teased for being extremely sensitive by my family and friends. It was not revered as a good thing, but as a weakness. I am certain this led to me suppressing it for many, many years. Everything felt extremely magnified in my world; thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and an undeniable knowing there was a much greater meaning to my life. 

I believe we all have a unique story to tell when it comes to the unfolding of our life; what I’ve experienced and survived has led me to find the deeper connection to my soul’s path.

My path was one of lessons.

One enormous lesson after another. I endured emotional and physical traumas as a child and as an adult. I have survived things I could never fathom going through. My body has suffered a long standing history of health crises. I experienced loss and grief from the tragic suicide of my father when I was 25 that ultimately transformed my life and help me understand my ability to connect to the spirit world as a medium. All of these experiences, lessons, and losses catapulted me into the woman I am today with my devoted practice of mind-body-spirit work. 

I have been working on myself since I was 22. Peeling back the layers of each and every experience of my relationships with my parents, my romantic partners, my children, my friendships, my body, previous career paths, my spiritual practices, my connection to the world around me, and my profound “knowing” to never ever give up seeking or searching for the divinely orchestrated purpose.

I became clear of my intuitive abilities the year I found a lump in my left breast. I had seen an image for years of myself being diagnosed with breast cancer. It was always the same image. A female doctor in a white lab coat standing across from me telling me I had breast cancer. It was so strong that I checked myself like crazy for years. I asked for early mammograms. Then one day I found a lump in my left breast in the shower. I did have breast cancer and I had caught it incredibly early. I was working with a psychic at the time, whom I had met through a friend. I sought her out when I was having fertility issues trying to conceive my second child. Our sessions were so incredible and my father would often come in. In one of our sessions after my breast cancer diagnosis she asked me… 

“Love, when are you going to acknowledge you have the gift? You saved your life.” 

I knew she was right. I have been cancer free since August 2011. My breast cancer discovery became one of the greatest awakenings I ever had.  I lovingly say now that we don’t have a health crisis, we have a health awakening. Our bodies are always communicating with us in order for us to go deeper into healing ourselves mind~body~spirit. I have devoted my life since my Breast Cancer to working with Healers here in Nashville and all over the United States. I am deeply committed to the work I do on myself in order to be a clean and clear channel for my clients. It is an honor and a privilege to be an energetic conduit in another humans healing. I believe we are all students and teachers on this planet. I will always be rooted into the work of how to expand our spiritual evolution and ascension. The light in you is the light in me.

I currently reside in Nashville, TN. I am a Nashville native. I am divorced with 2 incredible kids Ava & Christian, and 2 fur dog children Audrey & Puglsey. I love being outdoors whenever possible or in nature, I am hardcore foodie and have a vast knowledge of every genre of music.  I believe prayer and meditation is like oxygen, equal to moving your body. I will never ever say no to an invitation for dancing. I have an incredible community of healers I continue to work with that are also my dear friends. I am an eternal optimist, and I believe that love always wins. Most of all I love with all my soul what I was chosen to do in this world and I celebrate that each and every day.
