My Method
Every word, thought, and act holds a vibration. I have studied and worked with the practices of energy clearing and energy expansion for the last 18 years. There is so much information available today that invites us all to utilize the energetic force field we exist in. I am here to share the specific practices I have worked with to amplify your frequency.

There is a never ending supply of energy at your beckon call. Abundance, prosperity, health and healing, love, acceptance, adventure or travel, the purpose driven life you have dreamed about, whatever you are seeking is seeking you. We go in and look at any blocks that are in your energetic field and invite openings to expand. There are endless resources just waiting for you to discover.
As we look at supercharging your energetic field, we will also look at your day to day environment. Where or how you spend the majority of your time has a significant influence on your energy. Where are your biggest energetic blocks showing up and what actions steps do you specifically need to start “moving” energy. Do you go to an office day to day, or work from home? Do you move your body every day or get out in nature? Do your practice energetic clearing with your physical body or space. Where is your sacred and safe place to decompress and ultimately recharge. What tools or resources do you utilize to support your daily energetic hygiene and restoration. As we take actions steps to create energetic expansion in our energy field, we equally embark on clearing out what no longer serves us. Be it physical things or old stagnant emotions in the body. We are creating a magic container for our frequencies to increase and thrive.
We are always moving towards our higher path or higher timeline. I had 20 plus years experience in Interior Design. That is what I was passionate about before embarking on my path as a healer and intuitive. I am also certified in Feng Shui. Creating sacred spaces or containers is something I’ve always been magnetized to. What I am doing now is going even deeper into every single aspect of the mind-body-spirt energetic blueprint. I speak in the language of your higher self. Your higher self is your own innate knowing; your intuition. It is so incredibly powerful. Field of Dreams
Field of Dreams describes perfectly what I have always believed in, practiced, and now created as a vehicle for my clients. Kevin Costner’s character received a vision of what he was supposed to do. He could not explain it, he just knew he had to do it. We all have that vision of what we are supposed to be doing. That “knowing” is always with us. When we take action to honor the knowing, the universe responds ten fold. We step fully into the universal equation of energy/exapansion/abundance. Abundance is your birthright in every single form.
