the Frequency of authenticity
A few years back I saw a video that stated Authenticity is the highest frequency. Most people think love is the highest frequency, but it’s actually authenticity. This makes so much sense to me when it comes to the language and feeling of how energy works. I state over and over again everything is energy. It 100% is. We exist in frequency vibrations. Every word we speak carries a frequency. So how we show up in our lives both personally and professionally is connected to FREQUENCY. When you scan your community of close friends, relationships with loved ones (be it family or romantic), or work clients does their frequency feel in alignment with yours? Isn’t this a great questions to noodle on. As we evolve in this life via our mind-body-spirit blueprint; our soul’s map so to speak, we are able to discern where energy feels in alignment or if it feels disconnected to how we show up for ourselves. For me focusing on existing from the most authentic energy I can has been a long journey of meeting myself over and over again in deep surrender from “caring what other people will think of me”. The world has shifted so much the last few years, but once upon a time for me to talk openly about being a psychic and medium was not something I felt comfortable doing. I was absolutely horrified people wouldn’t get me or they would judge me. See me as different or blasphomous in terms of their religion or faith. Yet somehow after years of walking in my truth I allowed a complete surrender around the old paradigm of existing in a framework of what made sense to others. I found this extraordinary freedom in becoming so authentically myself that everything in my life started to shift. I stopped tippy toeing around the question (when meeting new people) “what do you do for a living?”. I’d always automotically say I do Life Coaching. Now I just immediately say I am an Intuitive. I trust that if the person I am meeting is someone I am meant to get to know on a deeper level I will, and if I am not we weren't energetically aligned. It’s really that simple right. But I have found that it’s also how I get to show up on my social media promoting myself & my business. It’s how I connect to creativity and how I personally feel called to speak about energy in the world, and energy practices. I don’t think it’s an accident that I saw that video a few years ago about authenticity being the highest frequency. I believe my guides are always sending me beautiful little nuggets when my energy is meant to level up. Showing up each and every day from the core frequency that is my authentic self has gifted me so much goodness and expansion. What is one way you can connect deeper to your authentic self?
